These terms apply to everyone who uses Aangan, a property listing website run by Aangan. By using the site you agree to them.

What the site is

Aangan lists properties for sale and rent in Delhi NCR, posted by owners, agents, builders and by us. We may act as the broker for listed properties. Prices, areas and other details are provided by the person who posted the listing. We check new listings before they go live, but we do not guarantee that every detail is correct or that a property is available.

Before you pay anyone

Always visit the property, check the title documents, approvals and RERA registration (for new projects), and confirm the identity of the seller or landlord before paying any token or advance. Never pay money to someone you have not met in person or verified. We are not responsible for deals made between users without our involvement.

Posting a property

• You must be the owner, or authorised by the owner, to list a property.
• Details and photos must be true and must be yours to use. No misleading prices, fake listings or someone else's photos.
• We may edit, reject, hide or remove any listing, and close accounts that break these terms.
• You allow us to show your listing and photos on this site and in our own marketing of the listing.

Brokerage

When we introduce a buyer or tenant to a property, brokerage is payable as agreed in writing with us. Owners and buyers introduced through this site agree not to bypass us to avoid an agreed brokerage.

Paid "Featured" listings

A featured listing is shown higher in search results and on the home page for the period you pay for. It does not guarantee enquiries or a sale. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are not refundable once the listing has been featured, except where we remove the listing in error, or where the law requires a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not copy listings or data from the site in bulk, use automated tools to scrape it, send spam to people you find here, post unlawful content, or try to break the site's security.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on listing details or from dealings between users. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
